Training Series

One of the most common issues we have found in running mentoring organizations is training our mentors. It is hard enough to find mentors to sign up to volunteer, much less get them to come to you for a few hours every couple months to learn mentoring best practices. We hope that our video training series are a quick and easy way for you to train your mentors when it is most convenient for them, so they can be equipped and encouraged in their mentoring journey.

Titles include:

• Building a Relationship with Your Mentee

• Recruiting, Developing, & Investing into your Volunteers

• Safety in a Mentoring Relationship

We are still in progress in creating these video series, but we hope to have Mentoring 101 complete by March 1st. Our goal is to release one a quarter in the year 2025. Please check back often for updates, or reach out to us if you’d like more info.
